TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE AGREEMENT
These terms and conditions of service represent the agreement between you and TrackingArena services.
General terms: Our company do not allow hidden tracking. You cannot use our service to track a person without their permission or object without their owner permission; You cannot use TrackingArena.com services where such a actions is illegal. It is only your responsibility to make sure that your use of GPS tracking does not violate local or state laws; You cannot send automatic requests to TrackingArena.com, try to mislead TrackingArena.com authentication measures, try to reverse engineer our software or our protocols, and be involved in activities which damage our systems; TrackingArena.com accounts are non-transferable and funds are not refundable for active accounts.
Privacy policy
We understand that you need to know how we are protecting your privacy. Our privacy policy is available here. By accepting the Terms of Service, you also agree with our privacy policy.
Idemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold TrackingArena.com, its affiliates, officers and employees, harmless, including costs and attorneys fees, from any claim or demand made by any third party due to your use of the Service, your violation of the Terms of Service, and/or your violation of any other right of any person or entity.
Refund & Return Policy
Software
If you are not 100% satisfied with any Tracking Arena software subscriptions/ products, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase to receive a refund. Your refund will be subject to a processing charge of either $100 or payment for the first month of service (calculated at the Monthly Subscription rate), whichever is less.
Refunds requested more than 7 days after your initial purchase date will not be issued unless the transaction was the result of a fraudulent purchase.
If you are issued a refund, it should appear on your credit card or PayPal statement within 72 hours upon us notifying you. After receiving your refund, you agree to uninstall and/or stop using any TrackingArena software product(s) for which you no longer possess a valid license for. TrackingArenareserves the right to disable server, account, product keys or serial numbers issued for the refunded products.
Hardware
If the item is broken or not working properly, you have up to 7 working days to contact us (in other instances the money will be not refunded). If you would like to return an item, please send us email to sales@trackingarena.com and we will respond with the return address and an identifying number for you to enclose with the returned item. Please note: If you do not send email within 7 working days after your receive order, we will not be able to process your return.
We will process your refund through PayPal after receiving the items providing they are unused and in a saleable condition. Return shipping is paid by the buyer, unless the received item is defective or not working. Please note: buyer must send order back to TrackingArena via a postal service, which have tracking function.
All returned items will be subject to inspection. Full refund is only processed for buyers, which return items unused and returned in their original packaging. Otherwise, if return is received in not saleable condition and packaging will be broken, you will be charged 20% of the retail price of the item.
Changes to Terms of Service
TrackingArena.com have a right to change this Agreement at any time for any reason and post it on TrackingArena.com website. If you use TrackingArenaservice after a modified Agreement it poses an acceptance of the new Agreement.
